About the event
Join us for a new and relaxing kind of paint class. It's time to find your ZEN. Grab a paint brush, your favorite cup of herbal tea, a comfy seat and shut the world off for a while. A peaceful evening of expressive abstract art, mindful movement and guided meditation. The evening will be lead by professional intuitive artist and educator Erin Leigh Boughamer at our *NEW* Pop-Up Studio in Somers, CT.
Every Paint Sip Zen class is an escape from the week! It is a time to relax, unwind, let go of all life’s stressors and care for our inner well-being. Erin will guide you through the entire evening. She will share different techniques and tips on painting you won’t get from most regular paint and sip classes. Having 30 years experience as a professional artist, and 25+ years experience as an educator, Erin is an expert at explaining how to paint using her style of simple and easy to understand methods.
NO EXPERIENCE with meditation or painting NECESSARY!
Hot herbal tea (first cup included in ticket price) available, however feel free to BYOB and/or snacks to enjoy as you paint.
