Open Studio allows everyone to pick a different project, and a different surface to paint on such as 8x10, 11x14 or 16x20 Canvas, Glassware, Glass Bottles, Slate or Wood. A professional artist will be there to help you. (Please note: this is NOT a step by step class). All ages welcome. hi

About the event
Is there a painting we’ve done in the past that you’ve been waiting to come around again? Or have you had a painting idea of your own floating around in your head but don’t want to invest in supplies? Then our Open Studio is for you! During open studio, we will provide space and supplies for you to create a painting of your choice! This is a mainly self-guided workshop where one of our trained artists will be around to help with composition, color mixing, etc. Come with your own ideas and inspiration, print-outs, use our paintings as inspriation or create something more spontaneous! It’s all up to you!
Cost varies from $25 to $50 depending on what you choose to paint on. We have canvas (8x10, 12x12, 11x14, 16x20), slate (10x20), wine bottles (with & without twinkle lights), glasses (stemmed or stemless wine glasses or pint glasses), new and aged wood plank (12x16), aged wood plank (10x48) or new wood palette (18x24). All supplies included!
Join us at our BRAND NEW Pop-Up Studio in Somers CT to paint what you want! We offer affordable fun, professional artistic guidance in a cozy atmosphere in the middle of the cute and quaint town of Somers CT. While we offer guidance during our Open Art Studio, this is not a step-by-step directed art class. If you want step-by-step directions, please register for a scheduled class instead. Thanks!
